Darfur Women Journalists Forum Denies Reports of Rape and Disappearance of 13 Journalists in El Fasher

The Darfur Women Journalists Forum (DWJF) issued a statement denying recent information circulated regarding the alleged rape of three female journalists and the disappearance of 13 journalists in the city of El Fasher.
The Forum confirmed that, following field verification and direct investigation, no matching cases or names were found corresponding to the details in the circulated reports.
The DWJF clarified that the sources claiming the violations were found to be fictitious, warning against "organized misinformation"
